Overt Video Evidence VS Covert Video Evidence

Overt Video Evidence is Video Evidence conducted in the open with the intent of being seen. This is most commonly used with guard and patrol services that perform Video Evidence on buildings, parking lots, businesses, and residential areas with the objective of keeping intruders out of the area.  Covert Video Evidence is conducted in secret and is intended to be invisible to the person or persons under observation.  Covert Video Evidence is most commonly used when infidelity or a Check your mate is under investigation or when an untruthful worker is being observed for theft or other improper actions.  Covert private investigators are equipped and experienced at overt surveillance, and as a licensed private detective agency;   Investigations is equipped and experienced at covert Video Evidence as well.

Stationary Video Evidence VS Mobile Surveillance

Stationary Video Evidence is conducted when private investigators or security guard remains in a single location for extended period of time. This may be in front of a residence, behind a dark tinted window of a surveillance vehicle, or even hidden in the back alley under a carport.  Mobile Surveillance is conducted by the private investigators vehicle, on foot or with the public transportation.  Surveillance is combination of stationary and mobile team of investigators; the investigators may remain in one place while a subject visiting a residence or they may sits at a Hotel. But when the subject leaves, the investigator must follow using the same mode of transportation as the subject.  County Investigation a sub division of Empire Pacific Investigative Services,  can blend into any environment and quickly transition from stationary to mobile surveillance,  and vice-versa to a stationary location for video evidence.

Close vs. Loose Video Evidence

Close Video Evidence is used when the subject's activities must be recorded during every moment of the Video Evidence period. Loose Video Evidence is more covert (being more difficult to detect) and is used when the subject does not require constant monitoring. For example, if it is necessary to find out who visits the subject at their home, then close Video Evidence is required with an agent sitting in sight of their driveway and door. If it is only necessary to find out who the subject visits, then the agent can maintain a loose Video Evidence by watching the end of their street or the exit from their subdivision. Close Video Evidence is required if the subject enters a crowded area or a building with multiple exits; loose Video Evidence can be used on country roads and isolated areas. A variation of loose Video Evidence is called "activity checks" where a subject is checked at specific intervals or predetermined times. These activity checks are used to begin to determine a subject's patterns without having to dedicate an investigator for hours on end.

A private client based in the Middle East required surveillance to be carried out on a member of his staff, while that staff member was visiting Los Angeles, CA. Empire Pacific Investigative Services, Inc., deployed a number of operatives, some Arabic speaking to include an Arabic Lip-reader.

Our Domestic Surveillance task took us to three European cities over four days. The size of our team increased, as the travel was unexpected and needed to include French-speaking operatives.

Our investigators was able to discover that the target had both considerable unexplainable private wealth and also that this wealth came from theft by the employer.
